1. Identification information must be provided:
The applicant must accurately provide their full name, residential address, contact phone number, and email address. Applications with anonymous or incomplete information will not be considered.

2. The application must be written clearly and respectfully:
Messages containing rude, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language will not be accepted. The subject and request should be stated as clearly and understandably as possible.

3. Providing false information may result in liability:
Intentionally providing false information or submitting an application on behalf of another person may lead to liability under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Response time to applications:
Applications will be reviewed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt, and the response will be sent via the contact details provided.

5. Additional files may be attached:
If the application requires documents, screenshots, or evidence, it is possible to attach relevant files (PDF, JPG, DOC, etc.).

6. Confidentiality and data protection:
All submitted data will be kept confidential in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Data" and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Repeated submissions on the same topic should be avoided:
If a response has already been provided to a previous application, there is no need to resubmit a request on the same issue.
