Admission Requirements

College Admission Requirements for 2026

Admission to Tokmok Industrial-Pedagogical College is carried out through an automated information system in accordance with the admission regulations for secondary vocational education institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic.

9/11 Graduates of grades 9 and 11 can apply
July 1 Start of electronic document submission
August 27 Deadline for submitting documents through AIS
August 30 Final deadline for submitting original documents

Who Can Apply?

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, foreign citizens, and stateless persons permanently or temporarily residing in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic may apply to the college.

Applicants must have basic general education, secondary general education, or primary vocational education. Citizens with primary vocational education may be admitted to accelerated programs in relevant specialties.

Applicants with a certificate of basic general education after grade 9
Applicants with a secondary general education certificate after grade 11
Citizens with a diploma of primary vocational education

How Does the Admission Process Work?

Submit an Application Through the Portal The applicant submits an electronic application through the admission portal or registers in the AIS with the assistance of the admission committee.

Upload Documents Passport, educational documents, photographs, and other required documents are attached electronically.

Participate in the Competition The competition is conducted based on the average grade, профильные subjects, and, if necessary, the results of entrance examinations.

Enrollment Based on the competition results, an enrollment order is issued, and the applicant becomes a student of the college.

Main Admission Conditions

Competitive Basis Admission is carried out on a competitive basis. The main criteria are the average grade in the educational document and профильные subjects.
State-Funded and Contract-Based Places Applicants may compete for state-funded educational grants as well as tuition-based contract places.
Selection Through AIS Selection and admission are conducted through the automated information system according to the approved schedule.

Applicants begin submitting electronic applications and documents through the admission portal.

August 27

End of Electronic Admission

Submission of documents through AIS is carried out according to the approved schedule until this date.

August 30

Original Documents

Applicants admitted to the college submit original documents and photographs to the admission committee.

ORT certificate — for applicants with secondary general education
Military ID or registration certificate
6 photographs sized 3×4
Documents confirming eligibility for benefits — if applicable

Certain categories of applicants may participate with priority within the limits of state educational grant quotas or under conditions established by law.
